The Halifax Tactical Architecture project is a temporary design+build intervention on the Halifax Citadel, and is an OPEN collaboration with Dalhousie Architecture. HFX Tactical Architecture draws inspiration from citizen-led interventions that aim improve local streets, neighbourhoods and urban spaces.
