Aspotogan Residence

This new, home located on an oceanfront site on the Aspotogan Peninsula. The new building links with a historic 1803 cottage, referencing the surrounding built form and context, yet remains clearly distinguishable from the old by utilizing modern glulam construction and large window openings.
